Our Services

Amputations

Removal of a limb, toe, or tail due to trauma, tumor development, or other conditions.

Anal Gland Sacculectomy

Removal of infected or tumor-suspected anal glands.

Aural Hematoma Repair

Surgical correction of fluid-filled ear flaps, often due to head shaking from infections or trauma.

C-Section

Delivery of puppies or kittens through an incision in the abdomen when natural birth is not
possible. A spay is required during the procedure.

Colopexy

Attachment of the colon to the body wall to prevent recurrent rectal prolapses.

Cystotomy

Surgical removal of bladder stones caused by infections or metabolic issues. Stones can block the urethra and obstruct urination.

Entropion Correction

Surgical correction of eyelids that roll inward, causing eye injury.

Enucleation

Removal of an eye, usually due to trauma or glaucoma.

Gastrointestinal Foreign Bodies

Emergency surgery to remove objects causing blockages in the stomach or intestines.

Hernia Repairs

Correction of openings in the body wall that trap abdominal organs. Includes umbilical and
inguinal hernias.

Mass Removals

Emergency surgery to remove objects causing blockages in the stomach or intestines.

Neuters

Removal of the testes in male dogs and cats. This procedure prevents the ability to impregnate females and can reduce behaviors like territorial marking, urine marking, and roaming.

Pelvic Urethrostomy (PU)

A salvage procedure for male cats with recurrent urinary blockages.

Preputial Advancements and Reconstructions

Surgical modification of the prepuce (male dog’s penis covering) for proper function and
coverage.

Scrotal Ablation

Removal of the scrotum, usually during a neuter procedure or due to a tumor, particularly in
large, older male dogs.

Soft Palate Resection

Shortening of the palate in brachycephalic breeds to prevent it from obstructing the airway. This procedure is most effective in patients under 1 year of age.

Spays

Removal of the ovaries and, in most cases, the uterus of female dogs and cats. This prevents heat cycles and eliminates the possibility of pregnancy.

Stenotic Nares Correction

Removal of excess nasal tissue in brachycephalic breeds (e.g., French Bulldogs, Pugs) to
improve airflow through the nose. Most effective in patients under 1 year of age.

Urethral Prolapse

Surgical correction of a condition where the inner lining of the penis protrudes from the end.
Common in intact male bull dog breeds. Neutering is also recommended.

Vulvoplasty

Surgical correction of excess tissue around the vulva in female dogs, often due to recurrent
urinary tract infections.
