We are experts at spay and neuter, especially larger dogs. But that’s not all we offer!  Our experienced surgical team also performs a wide range of other surgical procedures at affordable prices to ensure your pet’s health and well-being.

Large Dog Spay

Removal of the ovaries and, in most cases, the uterus of female dogs and cats. This prevents heat cycles and eliminates the possibility of pregnancy.

Gastropexy

Preventive surgery where the stomach is attached to the body wall to prevent it from rotating and causing bloat (GDV). Commonly performed on large to giant breed dogs.

Cryptorchid Neuters

Surgical removal of testes that are not located in the scrotum but are instead in the groin or abdomen. This requires specialized techniques.

Pyometra

Removal of an infected uterus. This is typically an emergency situation.

This is the absolute best place you can take your pet if they are in need of surgery. Dr. Helmueller was extremely kind and greeted us when we walked in door. They took our dog back immediately upon arrival. They were prepping him for surgery within a couple of minutes. I can’t speak highly enough about Ace of Spays! My cat Muffin went in for PU surgery and they were so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. The price of the operation was very affordable compared to many other locations, and they could get me in the very next morning after I called to set up the appointment.
